In general Camping World is a crappy operation but this particular location has hit a new low. I wanted to call in to complain that my membership discount has not been applied. I couldn't because all the automated system wanted to know was my age. When I didn't provide it it just asked me to hang up. After finally finding the local number through some more extensive google searches I got a Representative on the phone, which revealed to me that my 2 year membership has expired 3 months ago. Despite the fact that I purchased it in June 2016... so two years for camping world are only 20 months. When I inquired about that discrepancy the Rep just hung up on me.

Not a big selection no more than any large dealer parts, not impressed with this camping world I'm not sure about others, but I have never left the store feeling like the experience was good. Store is always a mess, prices are high already and don't come out correct consistently at checkout, reciepts are vague don't give sku #'s or usually identify purchases in a way the public can understand, customer service is poor.. Dread going here but sometimes it's the only place close by or open for us full-timers.

It is what it is. They have products that you need but, be willing to pay a higher price even if you have the Good Sam membership. We were chided by the girl that checked us out for not coming directly to the store to get the membership. She said we will wait longer for our member cards going via internet. (We didn't) We were the only customers there and with three staff, not one came to ask us if we needed help. (We did! Was looking for a three-way fridge) They were involved in a discussion that definitely wasn't work related. Will spend our $25 gift certificate there but then probably won't be back unless it's a dire emergency. As a sidenote...we bought a fridge elsewhere.

Very expensive and not great quality. Roof recaulked but they got caulk all over the top of the ladder. Charged $135 for slideout adjustment but no adjustment took place. They refunded the $135 when I complained. Asked over and over again for whatever was causing a 15 amp fuse to blow and was promised it was fixed and nothing was done about it. I will never go there again.
