Story

The History of The Family Fun Centers

Family Fun Centers (FFC) were started over 40 years ago in a small rural town by twin brothers Jim and John Huish in college. Through hard work and dedication, FFC has developed into a growing and successful business. Great pride is taken by FFC to create an atmosphere that is both family oriented and professional. FFC are located throughout the Northwest with locations in Wilsonville, Oregon and Tukwila, Washington.

Bullwinkle’s Family Food ‘n Food Restaurant is part of Family Fun Centers. In April of 1991, FFC negotiated with Bullwinkle’s Incorporated, our then franchiser, and purchased their assets. Bullwinkle’s unique talents made him the perfect candidate to add an exciting dimension to the restaurant-entertainment industry. Bullwinkle’s exceptional multi-level humor has given this cartoon character the rare affection of both children and adults.

Wilsonville, Oregon was opened in December of 1994.

Tukwila, Washington was opened in 1999.

I went here with my 3 year old and my husband and we all had a LOT of fun. The race carts were fun and actually worked and the water bumper ride 2as really really great. My kiddo really loved it. Yes, you will get you hair WET and any makeup will be running all over you but everyone has a fun. The arcade inside has a lot of choices and there really is something fun for people of all ages. I would certainly recommend coming here.

I took my grand kids and daughter's  to Bullwinkles Fun Center in Wilsonville. They had a blast with all the various activities and games to play. I believe it was $30 for unlimited games/rides (certain ones)but don't hold me to that..but there is different options for families to choose from, if you only want to do a few rides, so it would be less $.
  I think we all agree the boats were the funnest on the hot day that we went. There was a lot of laughing going on as we tried to get everyone as drenched as we could. What great family fun, and having pizza for lunch right there was great too! We are planning another trip for spring break. It is well worth the long drive.

Went for a birthday party with 20 of are family.   We all just got settled in to eat when part of the staff told us we would all have to move into the front room because of a big party coming in. No sign on the door, nothing.   Staff kept coming in and counting heads but said nothing.  By the time we got moved the food was cold.  15 min later we would have been done and out playing games.   I kept an eye on the room and a group of 10 or so moved in.  No apologies from management or anything.  A lot of the game's are broken and this was just the last straw.  The bottom line is we don't have to go there so that's it for us.  Very disappointed.

This is definitely birthday central if you're looking to take the kiddos somewhere special for their party! I was very impressed with how much there is to do. Even as an adult the mini put put golf is a blast to play and so is the laser tag! Definitely a lot of noise so it's hard to stay inside long amounts of time but aside from that it's definitely a family fun center!

Did not have a great experience here. My husband and I came there on our anniversary, we decided to act like kids for a day and paid to have the bracelet that you can go on every single thing as many times as you wanted. It was really a bad time, the only good thing I have to say is that the 3D ride was amazing. But other than that, it was horrible. The staff was absolutely ridiculous, we had to wait at least 10 minutes to find anyone every single time we went up to the concession stand. When we walked in there was no staff anywhere we had to look everywhere to actually find someone. And then when we did every single staff member acted like we were annoying them. We hadn't been there in probably 15 years, and no one explained us how anything worked. We got there and they gave us the bracelet and then did not explain how the cards were or how any of the games worked, we literally got huffed and puffed at by several people because we ask questions. One lady was so incredibly rude that I didn't even want to deal with her anymore. None of the staff seemed like they were happy and then none of them seem like they wanted to be there whatsoever.
