They didn't have the bones we had gotten here before, so we ordered them, paid for them, were told they would be in in 2 days. They hadn't come in after 9 days. They were unapologetic, refused to issue a refund (which we asked for after 2 days-the order hadn't even been placed at that point apparently). Very disappointed in their service and kindness.

This is a great little pet shop. Every employee I've interacted with has been pleasant and helpful. I always appreciate when people are knowledgeable about their work and willing to share their expertise

Great store. Lot's of specialty products and the higher end food. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The owners and staff truly care about every animal and their specific needs. They are some of the kindest people I have ever met. Their prices are very fair and totally worth it with how far they take their customer service. They have so much community involvement and outreach and support organizations that help animals. One of my dogs has a grain allergy and they always seem to find me the perfect product that both my dogs will love. They will forever have my business.

Love it here! Great selection of high quality food and toys for cats and dogs. The prices are great and even better in some cases than big box pet stores in town! Especially if you buy a case of food because they give a discount for cases on top of their already low prices. The owners are lovely people that really care about you, your pet, and your needs. This is easily the best pet store in town!
