Great YMCA with lots of room on the workout floor. Big pool and water park area and kids zone has a huge 3 story play structure!

This place has everything a family needs for fun and fitness. There is a kid's center so that adults can workout while the kids are being cared for, but there are also a variety of kids' sports and activities available. They often have free themed crafts and activities for the kids. I highly recommend the Y for people looking for a family friendly gym.

This place is great.  They have a place for children to play supervised and infants babysat while you workout.  Friendly people and staff.  They have all the equipment I need, however, the heaviest dumbbell they have is 115lbs... I would like to use at least 135lbs please. Thanks for your services!

Once again the Y has totally devastated my teenager. They have told her that she is worthless and doesn't matter to them in the slightest. 

They did this by destroying one of her greatest passions.  They swiftly and without mercy cancelled the swim team for which she has shown great dedication and loyalty. The head coach could of cared less as he destroyed their futures, instead acted like Valrico was the butt end of the world as it was clear he would never lower himself to train these young people, who are our future and aspire to greatness. 

Ashamed that I ever thought the Y to be a place for our children to grow and become future leaders. Today my daughter learnt she was disposable garbage.

I'm going to guess they may need to update the vision statement which says :

We strive to be the Center of Excellence for swimming in Tampa Bay.  We dare to be better, dream bigger, and risk everything in pursuit of greatness.  

They didn't dream or dare they gave up on these kids !
