Have you seen their video that flies over the Park?  That's not how it looks now. I was seriously disappointed! It looks now like a mobile home park rather than a RV park. If you're a permanent resident they'll require that you skirt your RV. Half the park has skirted RVs. A lot of people diving cars that are 10 years or older or appear beat up. Several run down RVs out there too.  There really isn't much room between neighbors. Some neighbors are allowed to have fences for which it was a living nightmare trying to back into a spot!  Someone owns a MotorCycle and dives it around the park for a few hours each night. (Night being at first dark).  Good thing he or she doesn't drive all night!  They are pretty crazy about speeding and will stay outside writing tickets for anyone that appears to be speeding.  The speed limit should really be "5 mph" instead of 10 mph, because if you're going 10 mph you'll get a ticket!  I suggest they should buy a radar gun if they plan to keep doing that.  You can get one for about $100. You get a real street address.  I would have taken pictures, but it's against Florida law to take pictures of private property without written consent.  I can't complain about my closest neighbors for which they helped me back into the spot and are very friendly.  The kids are noisy while outside screaming and running around.   They do have hot showers.  They have a laundromat, but I didn't stay long enough to check it out. While using my Verizon cell phone, I would get a lot of calls being disconnected.  I don't know about other services, but I do know if you have Verizon, your calls will disconnect frequently and using them for your computer is very slow out there too! I get one or less bars on my phone.  It wants to shift from 4g to 3g often. It's also 15-20 minutes away from any Walmart. I now understand why the price is so cheap.  Most RV parks that I go to at least cost $900+ month.  This one is a third of that cost.  I think they have a renter's check list or something as they did request to see my ID.  I didn't bother to ask as my credit is outstanding!

Very unhappy with my experience so far. Despite the marketing, the WiFI is virtually nonexistent....  The receptionist even “guaranteed” that I would be in a lot without any connections issues. Apparently she either lied or doesn’t know the property because I have had no WiFi acess AT ALL.... I’d be willing to forgive this but frankly I don’t feel comfortable in an RV park that allows some of it’s residents to live in what could only be described as a meth house.

Friendly, large spaces that are easy to back in to, lots of trees for shade, barbecued with 3 different neighbors, lots of activities, poker Friday nights with the guys, four stars because Wi-Fi is slow and/or nonexistent.

I've been living there almost 2 years. A few friendly neighbors are helpful. Most I don't know but they wave and smile. Have a small clubhouse and a limited number of activities and parties. Most are retired seniors but some care for grands and kids are welcome.

The nicest people ever. Stayed late to answer all my mom's questions and let us sit in air conditioned shop while waiting for our mom.
