First off, let me make this clear that the Campo in downtown Reno is the only Campo you should bother yourself with. I can't recall exactly when I visited, but I want to say it was sometime Fall 2016 (or maybe Spring 2017?). The food was fancier, and, of course, a bit pricier (but not so bad). They have a nice beer selection, good variety of food, and everything was tasty! But, unfortunately, I had a risotto, and, as with many risotto's I've had (I'm cursed), the rice was under cooked. My wife had one of their pizzas, which was very good. She normally doesn't like the crispy crust, but she enjoyed this one. We also split some bruschetta, and a dessert.

Met up with a large group of friends here and we were seated immediately (even though we arrived much later). Very good and friendly staff that quickly / promptly served us drinks and food. I didn't eat but the dishes my friends ordered had me drooling wishing I hadn't eaten earlier in the evening. Would definitely come back.

A nice restaurant overlooking the Truckee river in downtown Reno. We did not have a reservation and got a poor table by the pizza oven. Very noisy at that table. The food was good and our waitress was outstanding. Next time I will get a reservation. The annoying factor was empty tables in a better position but we were told that they were being held for reservation customers. They were still empty an hour later when we left.

Wonderful ambiance, great food. I had the carbonara and it was scrumptious; forgot my leftovers on the table! Incredibly good cobbler!
