I rented a book in 2013, I returned it within the time-frame on the rental agreement. I received a alert on my credit report that a collection had been added from Campus Bookstore. I contacted the company they had sold the collection to and Campus Bookstore. After 3 weeks of calling for the manager I finally got him on the phone, the manager stated that they did not turn anything over to the company. I asked him to call the company and he said he would and would call me back. A week later I called the company, they stated they had spoken to him that day. I decided to call Campus Bookstore back, I spoke to the manager and all of a sudden he claims I never returned a rental from 2013. I find it real odd that Campus Bookstore knew nothing about what the collection was for and had the audacity to turn it over to a collection agency without once notifying me. This is the poorest record keeping i have ever seen. Please make sure you get a receipt!I ADVISE TO JUST AVOID HERE ALL TOGETHER!

On Jan. 27th I bought a book here. A couple days later I go to return it only to find out their "final return day" was on Jan. 10th, over 2  weeks BEFORE I even bought my book. They don't have any "no refund" signs anywhere in the store and didn't tell me anything about not being able to return my book back after my purchase. I desperately try to explain my situation and get my money back and got nothing in return but 10 dollars. 10 DOLLARS! SERIOUSLY WHAT AM I GOING TO DO WITH 10 DAMN DOLLARS?!!.... WHAT A WASTE OF $140. If you're reading this I suggest you just rent books online, much cheaper than this or any other bookstore in Greenville.
