Staff are awesome, they seem to know every single items location off the top of their head!  Friendly too.  Prices are marked correctly, store is clean, aisles are usually clear, and returning items are a pleasant experience!

50/50 chance that this store has what I'm looking for. Surrounding stores do. Staff are phenomenal. Always helpful and smiling!

Stay away from this store. The dealer Randy Orford has destroyed a good team of employees. More than 50 staff have left due to this man. He has no compassion, constantly yells at staff, even when customers are present. He tells people that they have no work ethic, constantly berates them and belittles the entire community. Sad for a company that seems to promote family values.

I arrived at the service department on Saturday the 14th.  I spoke to the customer service agent Lynn and explained that I needed to get my truck serviced.  It was apparent that the service department was very busy and she advised that there was one mechanic on duty. I explained that  I was in a tough spot... in that I was escorting and oversize load through Ontario and my truck was leaking (what I thought was transmission fluid)
She said that she would speak to the mechanic and make every effort to find some time for him to examine my truck.  Later on in the day I received a call from Phil.. the mechanic.  He advised that he had inspected my vehicle and determined that it was an oil leak.  He was confident that he could find the leak... however with my limited time in Kenora, he would not be able to fix the leak.
I picked up my vehicle later in the day and was pleased that Phil wrote his findings on the invoice and was very reasonable in the cost.
I wish to relay my thanks to Lynn and Phil for their efforts.  They are to be commended for their customer service and they both are excellent representatives for your business.
