Bought new winter tires and got them put on in the garage here in December 2017. I left the all season tires in the original plastic bags that they put the tire in untouched until I took them out this April to change them. I noticed that my hubcaps/wheel covers were missing. I called and the manager Mark said he would look into it and call me back. Two weeks passed with no call so I called back and "Mark" (who now suddenly has a french accent so I don't even know if it's the same guy), kept repeating that they do not keep any hubcaps at their garage (which isn't what I was asking about, I just wanted to know what happened to them), and that nothing was written down on their system regarding the removal of my hubcaps. The whole conversation was essentially "Mark" insisting that they don't have it. He even suggested that they may have been placed in separate plastic bags, as if I would have missed that. Essentially I was told they can do nothing for me. As a student, additional costs like this are quite upsetting, and the customer service skills presented by the employees at this garage is very poor. So if you do decide to come here regardless, make sure you check that you have everything before you leave, or else they won't hold themselves accountable at all. Safe to say I will not be going back to any other Canadian Tire garages for anything else no matter how minor.

If I could give them no stars I would. I dropped my car off in the morning to have the winter tires taken off in the All Seasons put on. technician calls me at lunch to tell me that the Treads are too low on my tires and that I need 4 new tires. I disagree as I've had these tires for 2 years and I drive maybe once a week there is no way I need new tires. I tell him I'm not buying new tires and to put the All Seasons back on. At 2:30 they call me to tell me that my car is ready to be picked up. When I arrived the winter tires are still on my car they did not put the All Seasons back on because of a tear in the wheel well. This was not explain to me when the technician called at lunch he just yelled that I needed 4 tires. So my car sat at Canadian Tire all day for nothing. Had the technician told me there was a tear in one of the tires I would have asked it to be patched up or maybe even bought two tires go. Waste of my time don't go here

I went in for an alignment and left with a $3000 quote for basically an entirely new suspension system and a warning NOT to drive my car because the struts were close to breaking! I'm not sure if their mechanics are truly incompetent or if they are just trying to scam those they believe don't know any better. I left having to pay $45 for the "inspection" they did. I brought my car to another mechanic found on Yelp who had AMAZING reviews. This mechanic invited me into the shop so I could see my suspension while the car was on the hoist and explained the inspection and repairs necessary to me. Unlike Canadian Tire who has recently BLACKED OUT the windows facing the garage so that customers cannot see in(sketchy much?). I discovered that yes, my rear control arm bushings needed replacing and the driver side front strut needed replacing. After receiving a MUCH lower quote from this mechanic, I decided to do both front struts because the price was so great. It seems every time I go into Canadian Tire for an oil change or an alignment, I get a call 2 hours later saying they couldn't do the work because the car needs thousands of dollars in repairs. I will never bring my car into any Canadian Tire Auto Service garage ever again. I truly feel like I am being taken advantage of as a customer.

A few weeks ago, Aidan, from the Auto Center, was able to advise me regarding a problem with my vehicle a mere 15 minutes away from closing time. I couldn’t leave my vehicle there to have it fixed the next day, so I had to come up with a solution, and he helped me find the right product to do so. He even came to help me as he left the store at the end of his work day and saw me in the parking lot trying to fix the problem myself without much success! He was awesome! Thank you so much!

I went there last Saturday and asked them for booking an appointment for tire change on Sunday. They told me no appointment needed, just come Sunday morning. I arrived there Sunday morning, and they told me no room for me today. They have never thought it’s busy like this. I could give them 0 star for automotive part if there is a choice. Smh
