Horrible service. Well, not even because I didn't get any. I was told to wait at the parts counter (by an older man who at the time seemed somewhat busy) for a "young gentleman who will help you shortly". Long story short i was waiting for 8-9 minutes before anybody even called an attendant to the service desk, another 5 minutes of waiting and still no service while the original employee who told me to wait there was no more than 5 feet away literally doing nothing. Pretending to scroll through his screen, not on the phone, hadn't been on the phone since I was there so he wasn't looking into anything for another customer, he was just plain lazy. I guess he was also above service customers at the parts desk. Even seeing us getting agitated and ready to leave, as well as when we did start to leave and walk out there was no attempt to help us. Horrible store, worse service.

I go there to in thinking, I need to support Canadian own. But auto department fail me ever time I go. From the desk to the work shop there is not professionalism. We were on our way to a trip but we have to returned because my car has smoke came out from the hood they spill engines oil all over the engine.
It is why Canadian store are slowly closing?
When the store open, I will go and ask them to wash. I am guessing sarcastic and irresponsible treatment as almost every visit. Maybe I do not need to care Canadian own.

This location has really awful customer service. Once I went in looking for play sand. The website said that there were 13 in stock. When I arrived the man said they didn't have any in stock and was about to turn me away but said he'd double-check (but really didn't seem interested in helping me at all). It took him about 30 MINUTES to locate the 13 bags in stock, which were (shockingly) in the outdoor section. I was NOT shopping out of season. I had two young kids in tow so waiting this long to locate an in-season product is ridiculous. Another time, I called the store to ask about a play set the website said was in stock. The woman on the phone said they could only find 2 out of the 3 boxes, and that was that. Why do they have such a terrible time keeping track of their inventory?!? And why do their staff care so little about helping customers??

I try to avoid this location if I can. The problem is not necessarily the lack of space. It is bad management and this can be seen in employees demeanor. Every year my larger purchases are made from other locations
