At first we thought this was a great hotel, nice, new, clean.My husband and I had booked 2 rooms for our children and us.  But once we got into our room, the kitchen faucet fell off in my hand, simple fix of just tightening the faucet, but not what you would expect from a new hotel. We were heading home from vacation and thought we would take advantage of the free laundry, which was a mistake. Washing machines did great, however when I was removing my clothes from the dryer, several of the shirts had snags and holes in them. After looking closer at the back of the dryer, there was a sharp piece of metal sticking out, which the clothes had been getting caught on. I informed the night clerk, and he said he would tell the manager and said he didn't know how they they would be able to fix it. I also asked if he could post a sign  so this didn't happen to anyone else. 
In the morning while checking out, I checked in the laundry room and noticed nothing had been posted on the machine. I mentioned it to the front desk clerk and she said another guest had brought it to their attention earlier the day before and they had found a pocket knife in the dryer. Extremely disappointed the manager and staff couldn't  post a sign to say the dryer was out of order. Even laundromats tell you when something is wrong with the machines and I have never spent over 200 dollars at a laundromat! Had a simple sign had been posted when this was brought to the hotels attention, an entire load of my laundry would not have been ruined and I would have been adding a positive review right now because everything else was nice.

Nice rooms for extended stay. Ash the General manager was very accommodating. 5 stars!

Clean rooms, nice staff... odd location with little flat landscaping areas - good for pet owners

Our stay was very pleasant. When we first got there we were greeted by employees and didn't have to wait long to check in. The amenities were well cared for (the gym equipment looked brand new) and we could even borrow movies from their lending library. When we got to our room it was very clean and everything in the room was well cared for. We were provided with snacks, toiletries and the softest pillows I've ever laid my head on. Definitely a 10/10
