Absolutely awful. I made a reservation for a specific room 8 days prior to when I needed it - the king suite - for the reason that it had a separate room with a king bed and a bedroom door that closed it off. Also because of the kitchen area. This was the only present my daughter wanted from me for her 13th birthday so that she could have a friend stay there with us. However, on the date I was supposed to check in, I happened to call to check on everything. Despite the reservation and the confirmation number and confirmation email I had showing a King suite, my room had been changed to a room with two queen beds. NOT what I wanted. They would not go back and see how this happened and give me my room back. No manager was there to talk to me. I ended up calling corporate and guest services. After being on the phone for a very long time, I was told that there was no room like I wanted so I cancelled the reservation. A report and complaint was filed. I had to end up going somewhere else, which wasn't our first choice. Two days later, I see that $145 is pending in my checking account from Candlewood Suites. I called the hotel and was told it was the preauthorized amount and since I cancelled it would take a week for it to show back up in my bank account. Unacceptable. I cancelled because they gave my room away. Of course, no manager was available to talk to me at this point either. I will keep calling corporate, other locations, something, because this was the mistake of the hotel. It caused stress and disappointment for me and my daughter. It has messed up my bank account because I had to pay another hotel and Candlewood is holding my money. They made the mistake. They need to jump through some hoops and cut through some red tape to get my money back to me by tomorrow. I am so extremely disgusted and disappointed.

I had an awesome experience. Love Sharon and those who work at the Reservations and front desk! Just great hospitality! Need to keep bananas or fruit in the store though if you offer them. I think that there was no fruit for two days! Enjoyed my stay, the fitness center, being able to do laundry without there being a cost attached.

Nice rooms. Good for long term stays. They keep the hallways way to cold though.

Beautiful clean up to date hotel. Place to buy food. Fitness area and laundry area. Comfortable beds. Would defiantly stay here again and will recommend to others.
