We were charged more then the quote we were given. Our a/c was either broken or couldn't keep up. Good chance we brought a box fan or we would have had to switch rooms for sure! Another friends staying here also had a/c issues. When he switched rooms, the desk clerk tried giving his room to another friend. Good chance he was at the front counter to let that friend know the a/c wasn't working. The desk clerk would have purposely given the room to someone else knowing there was an a/c complaint before it was even checked on!!! Breakfast ends to early. We weren't aware of breakfast times because the clerk hadn't told them to us so we missed breakfast our first morning there. Which ended up being fine anyways because the food obviously was stale and had been just left in the case from mornings before. The breakfast attendant was VERY rude. HOUSE KEEPING LADIES WERE VERY SWEET, AND COURTIOUS!!!!

Conveniently located. Lots of surrounding restaurants, stores. Modern, clean, attractive rooms. Friendly staff.

It was all good until bed time. The air conditioner sounded like it need to be replaced. It worked fine other than not running for long periods of the night. The mini fridge had a life of its own as well. And most importantly never ever stay in room 112...unless you like to wake up 5:00 am. It's right next to the kitchen, and the cabinets line the wall next to that room. I do not like waking up at 5:00 am. Front desk personnel were nice.

Don't get room no.#312 Cause the king-sized bed was rock hard and lumpy; I took a 2-1/2 hour nap, woke up & my back was hurting SO Bad!!!!!!! I t took me forever to just get dressed, I almost wanted to call the front desk, just to send someone to help me put on my socks and shoes; That's how bad & UNCOMFORTABLE the Bed was!!!!!😢😒
