Having the full kitchen was really cool and unique and something I really liked. The rooms are big, but a massive complaint for me is that the room had no closeable shade/blind for the window. If you look at my photo the white semi-clear curtain was the only thing you could move open and closed. In a east facing room, that is a massive oversight. Beds were big and decent. Location is good, it’s close to Hershey and Harrisburg and also close to areas with lots of shopping/restaurants and the expressway.

The staff is excellent, great customer service at front desk Samuel was helpful in explaining everything the hotel has to offer. House keeping staff was helpful as well and willing to go out of there way to help you.. Room was clean, pool area was awesome in door hot tub and pool, and I loved the 24 hour fitness facility, another thing that was good was the free laundry mat they provide for all guest. Four washers and four dryers, couldn't ask for a better place to be..

We stayed for a single night while passing through. Rooms have kitchens, separate living rooms, and bedrooms. Very nice for an extended stay, I'm sure. Free coffee, but no breakfast, as you can just make your own in your kitchen. Staff was friendly. Recommended.

Great experience, friendly staff and decent rooms. Having a stove, dishwasher and a full size refrigerator was super! All the kitchen utensils were also provided and everything was clean. The staff was very friendly. Loved my experience at Candlewood suites.

My husband and I are traveling nurses, we came to Harrisburg on a two month assignment. Having the kitchen we thought we struck gold! About two weeks into our stay I started waking up with bite marks all over my arms. My husband on the other hand was not, another week passes and we come to realize that the hotel room was infested with bed bugs!!! Seeings how we payed for our stay already we decided to bomb the room ourself. We were able to maintain the bedbugs. It was the worst experience of my life! We ended our contract early! We had to throw so much of our belongings away, and clean our stuff we kept! And live in fear we still could spend them. Be careful staying here!
