My room was honestly beautiful. I know that sounds weird, but it's true! They had everything I forgot at the front desk. Check in took 1 minute. Front desk employee and all staff were friendly.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and relaxing. This location has an indoor pool and gym. Our overall visit was great!

We booked for 3 nights. When we arrived, the room we got was right in front of the highway. We could loudly hear every truck and car that went by. Immediately called the front desk to say this was unacceptable and they said there was no other room. I was too tired to insist so figured we can resolve in the morning. Noise was nonstop through out the night so didn't sleep well. In the morning, I asked for the manager to request checkout because of noise and she said there was a quiet room immediately available for us to transfer to. This was before cleaning crew came in so it must have been available when we complained! New room was quiet and breakfast was ok. So I guess if you get the quiet room it is a 5 star. If you get the noisy room it is a 1 star. Oh and when we checked out, they charged us more for the quiet room. I complained again that it was not the rate we booked. They adjusted immediately but was disappointed they didn't double check beforehand.

Decent budget place near Hershey Park that felt clean and well maintained. I would stay again if going to Hershey region. Ladies at front desk were very helpful in guiding us for locally favored places to eat.

very clean & friendly, caring customer service. However (this is just me: Although they have outlets to plug up your device they don't have plain USB PORTS). That was unbelievable to me: Whaaat??
