We stayed at the Ramada while in Hershey for the Memorial Day Soccer Tournament, and saying that we were disappointed with the hotel is an understatement. The hotel was run down and not clean. For a holiday weekend, the hotel seemed to be very understaffed. There was only one person working the entire time that we were there. He was working the front desk, trying to take care of pool towels, filling in for the cleaning staff, and monitoring the parking lot. The toilet in our room was dirty when we arrived and there were clothing stickers on the bathroom wall and door, which should have been seen by cleaning staff. The breakfast area was messy and dirty both mornings that we went down and there was no one there cleaning up or restocking breakfast items. When we were checking out on Sunday, I asked to speak to the manager about our stay. Her only response was, "Thanks for letting us know." We will never book at this hotel again!

WE ARE BEYOND PLEASED WITH THIS HOTEL! It is well worth the short drive from Harrisburg or Hershey to stay here versus staying at some of the other local hotels with lower rates. It is very clean, staff and housekeeping are extremely accommodating and the property is ran very well. We were there for quite a few nights and we were comforted by the sound of silence. No screaming kids, no people banging whatever against walls, no thumping down the hallway, no nonsense. It was great. Trust me, you will not at all regret staying here!

1st night here of 4.. 1st too many little ones in the pool unsupervised. Went to desk and they were supposed to come down.. Never happened so we left the pool. 2CD..asked for extra towels and pillows at 530pm.. Its now 10pm and never received them needless to say in a suite with 5 people and they only left 2 towels.. The toilet literally moves.. And .The washer and dryer are ancient and cost a lot of $$ to get your clothes dry never the less hours waiting.. For a wyndham I am very disappointed and will probably leave early. Ok day 4.. Still fighting for towels.. Toilet still moves like your on a boat. And breakfast hasn't changed at all same carp everyday..not the normal change in the hot foods like other places.. Never again will I stay here.. Oh and staff is horrible

The place is rather large. Overall pretty clean but the decor makes it look older. The staff is friendly but not outgoing. A very young staff no one had a uniform or name tag. I think what made the stay a bit nutty was the overwhelming amount of kids who were not supervised by their parents very well. There were two baseball teams, a cheer squad and a chorus convention going. The breakfast good and a clean area. The room was spacious just outdated and dark. I wouldn't recommend staying there for more than. 2-3 nights with a family. The price was good. Housekeeping was staff was quick.

The hotel and the room themselves were fantastic. Clean, large space. But the customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE. They hung up the phone on me when I checked on my reservation before I was done asking questions because they assumed I was done I guess. When we got there, the front desk person was so rude and wouldn’t answer any of my questions, or if he did he was very rude. To top it all off, we needed to leave by a certain time, got down there in plenty of time to do a proper check out, and no one came to the desk for at least 10 minutes. We were yelling in the lobby asking if anyone was there. I had to write a note telling them what time we were checking out and left my keys and phone number. HORRIBLE experience customer service wise. If you're going there and don’t care about service, then your fine.
