I always get great service from her and her assistants. Have never had a problem and I've been seeing her for a year. I wouldn't change my Doctor at all as I am very satisfied with her and her entire staff who is always friendly and helpful.

I would not recommend her. As a new person to the Valley, I needed refills on prescriptions. She did not ask about prior history. She did not ask for previous medical records. She did say I would have to return in 6 months because they were new prescriptions and in her experience people in the Valley don't like to go to doctors. Turns out, she only wrote my prescriptions for 3 months. When the pharmacist called to refill, her office refused. I've taken the meds for 12 yrs for allergies. Why do I need to come back every 3 months for medications that work well with no adverse reactions? Its a waste of my time, but I guess she gets to bill for each visit.

I called to verify my appointment, the lady was really rude and hang up the phone 3 times !!! They wanted me pay $50 dlls because I decide not to see the doctor because of the poor customer service, but the sign outside says $25 dlls cancellation fee. I didn't have the chance to meet dr Cano. awful customer service.

They don't know what they're doing. My first experience was good, I went in for a regular checkup. The next time I went in, they couldn't diagnose what was wrong. I had a knot on my shin that was growing in size. And I was seen by both doctors, they're sisters I believe. They don't even talk to each other. I had to tell one what her sister thought it was and she didn't agree. So I went in 3 times, each time doing bloodwork with no answer. And having to pay each time even though I was told it was a followup to get results. So I went through all that to get no answer, luckily it cleared up. The last time I went in to confirm my pregnancy after I took an at-home test. I provided a sample, went on my way with no response. Days later, I called their office for the results and the assistant refused to provide them, which I can understand, but by that point I was already frustrated and didn't want to pay another Co pay for the results . After hearing my frustration they allowed him to give me the results and he said I was not pregnant. I had my blood drawn by another place and they were able to give me my results that day and confirmed that I was. Not a good experience. I went back because initially it was and then progressively got worse.

Front desk disorganized - Was waiting 26 minutes before they asked me to fill out paperwork. Go back up and they ask for documents (insurance n id) - i don't have an id so she suggest that I get a text on it and that's what I do... she then says she cannot take it off a text? So I then fax and the fax machine doesn't work so then I ask for email and they don't have an email? Lady just wanted me to leave like that kind of feeling when you go to a restaurant and everything you want they have run out but.... this is my HEALTH!!! Not a #1 combo!! Which by the way I usually get better service in a taco stand!! Ya i agree with the prior comment from a lady... go somewhere else or "run" somewhere else
