I agree that the staff can be somewhat cold and disconnected. However, Dr. Raguthu is extremely knowledgeable with lots of experience. I would totally trust her with my life.

I have a terrible sore throat and have gone twice for assistance, the first time i was given antibiotics, then i was told it was not bacteria but a virus. I knew that and sine i was so sick i took the meds given with no results.  i went back and got more meds and this time they said it may be an allergy to something in the air so i got some allergy meds which i am not happy with.  i am tired of the cough and pain and i really need help.

We have had to make four trips in and still don't have the correct medications. They don't wash their hands. They don't change gloves after blood draws. They use the same bloody soiled tourniquet for everyone. The staff is rude and so is the doctor. Avoid at all cost. You can get better care at a morgue than at this clinic. I'm a nurse and it disgusts me that this is how someone practices healthcare.

This is the best doctor in all texas doctor and staff are very polite the doctor here saved my life and im very greatfull will never change this miracle doctor for no one else
