I know that Dr. Martinez has been having problems with a former doctor in her building who probably is writing these reviews. But I am actually am a patient who really was surprised at how great the staff was along with the Doctor. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Everytime I went to see Dr. Martha Martinez, or any other gynecologist at Clinica Santa Ana for that matter, I showed up on-time or early for my appointment; yet, I still had to wait one to two hours at the very least to see a doctor. One time I think I waited three hours.

Dr. Martinez was very friendly, but unprofessional bashing another doctor from the clinic by telling me that she didn't know what she was talking about. Well then why do you have her on staff???

Most importantly, she told me I had mild dysplasia (pre-cancerous cells) and performed a PAINFUL and EXPENSIVE procedure to destroy them. From what I read online, 90% of the time, mild dysplasia goes away on its own. Also, my sister had the same exact thing, and I found out later that her's did go away on its own!!! She asked her doctor about the procedure I had for my mild dysplasia, and her doctor's response was "that's not how we would handle it here." 

I will never go back to Dr. Martinez or that clinic. If anyone knows of a competent and reliable female gynecologist in the east valley I would love to hear about it.
