Food would have been good if cooked right. The burger I got was dry and burnt, my girlfriend's shrimp pasta was chewy and cold. Spent $60 there and still left hungry. Portions are small. Ended up going to KFC to eat dinner. Most expensive and worst tasting snack you will ever buy. The only saving grace for this place was the waiter. Very friendly service, but even he didn't seem like he enjoyed being there. Close your doors immediately and never open up again

I originally gave this place a 3 star review. I since have changed it to 5 stars. Earlier this week I had the chipotle steak which was cooked to perfection. I hadn't been here in a while. In addition our server that handled a table of 10 was A1 and was very attentive. I am so looking forward to coming back soon.  Great job guys.

Service is wonderful and top notch. My husband and I ordered steak medium-well done and they both came out overly well done like charcoal. I would of been better off bbqing my own at home. I understand having "well done" in your sentence may upset your chef but we are paying customers and people have preferences. Just go to The Keg.

Staff was friendly and courteous.  My husband had salmon which was dry, and was served with some very small vegetables.   I had the roast beef and baked potato.  The roast beef was tough and hard to chew and other than the potato, there were no vegetables.  I would not recommend the restaurant.

Worst prime rib ever. First time came out cold and the second time came out medium and chewy. Definitely not cooked to a medium rare and was mostly fat. First time at a canyon creek and will not be going again. I will pay the few extra bucks for good food and go to The Keg.
