Poor overall service.  

Twice now my significant other has attempted to fly out of Fort Leonard Wood, MO unsuccessfully.  The first time was understandable due to weather but the second time the flight was cancelled because of insufficient crew members to fly the plane.  Mind you this was on a day with clear blue skies. 

Both times because of connecting flights we had to pay for transportation to St. Louis Airport.  They did however offer to pay for transportation but it wouldn't be until the following day, which wasn't an option because of scheduling conflicts if not arriving in the destination city as planned.  

We have spent several hours trying to process a refund and have been put on hold for 90% of the call time just to be told that the refund would have to be processed through the major airline that it was booked through.  A request for refund was submitted through American Airlines in January 2017 for the first flight and we have yet to hear anything back. 

In my opinion you're better off flying into St. Louis and taking a Grey Hound bus to Fort Leonard Wood.  A lot cheaper and a lot more reliable.

The employees at the Fort Leonard Wood Cape Airline are just horrible. On top of that, every single time I've flown out of this terminal we've been at least 40 minutes late. I simply don't understand it, there is one aircraft, five employees and they just can't get it right. What a mess!!

The airport terminal doesn't open till 0600 I believe? Employee arrived at 0604.
