I was told the delivery window would be between 2 and 5. I was out running errands. The driver attempted to call me a couple times to let me know he was coming. This was before 1. Since I wasn’t home, the items were left on the porch which was perfectly fine. Besides the mix up in the delivery window, everything was great and the packages were delivered promptly and in good shape. I would recommend the company to others for future deliveries and use them for own deliveries.

Plenty of advance communication and flexibility from dispatch/coordinator. The delivery was at the early end of the agreed window. Driver called on pulling onto our block. The package was handled carefully and appears in excellent condition. As good as it gets!!

The delivery was on time and delivered perfectly. They called ahead to let me know when they were arriving and it was right on time. They brought the furniture straight to my apartment and kindly brought it in for me. Great service.

This isn't the first time I've used this company and it won't be the last. The movers are helpful and polite and very professional. The woman on the phone is always sweet as well. Highly recommend

Delivery people called prior to arrival which was very courteous. They were prompt and very friendly. Very customer service oriented and professional. Wonderful experience
