We arrived yesterday and still have another day to go, but so far it's been excellent. Our room looks newly renovated. It's spacious and comfy. The staff has been extremely pleasant. The morning breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I'm looking forward to tonight's dinner. The out door pool is nice. My wife is using the Spa latter today. And the meeting room was perfect.

My family had a great time at the Cape Codder this weekend. The water park exceeded expectations, the family atmosphere from the staff and facilities was excellent, and the amenities like the bonfire and the family movie were very much appreciated. I'd like to extend an especially strong thanks to Myles at the water park snack bar for being great at his job. We loved our quick trip to the Cape and we will definitely be returning to the Cape Codder.

Good central location for Cape Cod. Close to main connecting roads. Resort show signs of age (ancient electrical and water fittings in the bedrooms) and refurbishment (the water park was expanded last year). Overall package is great for families. However hotel guests only get free access to the water park if booked direct with the hotel. We booked through a travel agent so no free access, $40 per day per person extra cost! We declined. Service and food quality in the restaurants was pretty good. If you don't need the water park, and don't want the young families that come with it, look elsewhere.

Don't let the words "resort and spa" mislead you. Without the water park it's a rundown place with old carpets and older bedsheets(see pic). The water park is not too big either. You can easily find better deals nearby. Wonder all the reviews are written by the staff! Front desk staff was friendly, otherwise this place is waaaaay overpriced.

Fun water park and arcade. The hotel rooms are comfortable and the food in the restaurants were delicious. Definitely a great family getaway.
