Overall, it was a terrific experience. The salt cave was very relaxing and perfect for meditating. I have recommended it to all my friends and family.

Four Elements Salon has such a great atmosphere and offers a lot of services and all the staff is very friendly . I’ve been coming here since May 2016 and I am very pleased with my hair dresser. Also may I add the salt cave is amazing and relaxing and the only one around here. I definitely would recommend this salon.

Worst place ever! I had a color, cut and highlight. It turned out awful. The color was no where near what I wanted. The highlights were in really thick chunks some places and thin others. The main chunk of highlight was in the middle of my head so I looked like I had a Mohawk. All the light color was only on the top of my head. I asked for highlights throughout the hair. Words can't even describe how terrible my hair turned out. I advise everyone to avoid this place.

I did the salt therapy room and the massage with Tom. He was excellent massage therapist and I will definitely love to go back for a massage. The salt room was cooler than I expected, they do provide blankets. You basically lie on the zero gravity chair and meditate for 45 minutes. So if you aren't used to sitting and being, you may have a difficult time with that. I suggested having a guided meditation option which could help. There was a group of ladies in the room with me and my husband and some were having a hard time being quiet. Perhaps the salt has healing properties, but I'm sure you'd have to go regularly to get the benefit, if there is. But to sit and meditate is always a good thing to do.
