I lived there for half my life, I have family that still lives there. The managers and maintenance guy are rude and disrespectful towards guests and home owners. I was there for a half hour in visitors parking and they called the police on my for waiting for a friend. They told the police I was "high as a kite". I don't even use drugs. I don't put up with disrespectful people nice like, so I return disrespect when it's provided. If you scream at me you'll get the same treatment from me.

A Mobile Home park with as the name suggests terraces, 3 in all. Eclectic mix of homes, mature shady trees and close enough to ocean for breezes. Upper terraces lend views north of Saddleback and west of downtown SJC and local hills. Walking distance to shops. 5FWY north off/on ramps close by.
