So I'm standing here waiting at a legit bus stop (sign is in front of me, bright and clear), with two other people when bus 12 turns out of Colonial park. This is the bus stop in front of the Stone Bridge Apartment Homes. He looks us dead in the face, shakes his head and drives right pass us. I had then called the office to see why he left. They couldn't explain. This happened around 3. Driver was a black guy young and bald. It's OK. I'll just call a cab the next time I need to be down here.

I forgot my wallet on the bus with almost everything in it. The next day I had to work really early and could not go to the bus center to check if it had been dropped off. My best friend's dad went there and described my wallet and they returned it to him with everything in it, to the last penny. Kudos to the drivers and the riders and the staff at the center.

My encounter has to do with a traffic violation by one of the CAT bus drivers. I called the CAT office to register a complaint on July 7, 2017 I was assured that someone would return my call. As of July14th there has been no follow up to my complaint.

Most of the bus drivers are very kind. The buses have been quite clean as far as I've seen. Sometime the buses are not Exactly on time down to the minute but I think they are pretty close for the most part other than when weather conditions make that not possible. Some later buses would be nice. Overall pretty good.

I like my cat bus experience. Great drivers and when I need to call for help with something, I get answers. I really would hope for somewhere closer than Harrisburg to buy bus pass. I am from Mechanicsburg and I need to go into Harrisburg to get a monthly pass. Inconvenient time consuming.
