Awesome, clean place to train.

I went in to CCB with no real lifting experience just looking to get a bit stronger and was a bit apprehensive at first but Josh the owner was extremely helpful and friendly and made me feel at home right away.

I highly recommend his Intro to Powerlifting class if you're new to lifting. He provides detailed attention over several classes to make sure you're lifting with proper form.  After the classes are over he provides a detailed program specialized to you that you can work on for several weeks.

I recommend this gym to anyone regardless of your current fitness level. Everyone I met there was very friendly and helpful if I had any questions.

Excellent atmosphere. Best place to lift and make yourself better in Tallahassee. No nonsense. Josh is full of knowledge and will help anyone achieve their fitness goals.
