The Core 7 program at Fit & Functional has improved my health and dramatically over the last two years.  I have realized remarkable results in eliminating the chronic lower back pain that I struggled with for more than 10 years.  The Core 7 training has also increased my energy level and mobility.  The motivated, highly skilled trainers do an outstanding job of focusing on my individual needs and goals.  I love the progression of the program and the sense of accomplishment.  If you want real LASTING results, Fit & Functional is the place to go!!!

I have been going to Fit&Functional for months now, personal training with Sherman, and it has been the best experience! From day one Sherman was intent on helping me reach my goals, and his level of experience is extensive. The gym has every piece of equipment to help you reach your goal! Every session has been different, so it has kept me on my toes and interested!! Its hard to get me in the gym, but Sherman has motivated me beyond anything I could have asked for! He took me from an inactive state to this now healthy, active person. Thank you to Sherman and Fit&Functional for your constant support!

If you are looking for a trainer who is hands on, that will keep you on track, and will give you results, this is the right place to go. Their one on one training is effective, And their staff is friendly. Their workouts are different every time, so my body never gets used to a routine, but is challenged.

Following a fall, broken arm, and herniated disks in my neck a few years ago I was in constant pain and unable to do even the simplest exercises, much less have full quality of life. Physical therapy released me when the numbness in my hands was relieved, but I was still in constant pain and unable to live my life as I had prior to the accident. Sherman and his team at Fit and Functional are so knowledgeable, respectful, and caring. They have slowly built my body strength back, and my pain is rare now! What a gift. I can see muscle tone and feel the confidence in my body again. I can carry my grandchildren, hike, play, kayak, and all of the things I did before the accident. All things I had begun to fear I would never be able to do again. What a gift! I highly recommend Fit and Functional for everything from post rehab like I needed, to simply learning how to get back in shape, or to training for higher level athletic achievements. Sherman has the knowledge to train and lead you. What are you waiting for?

The Core7 program at Fit & Functional has helped me realize tremendous gains in fitness. From eliminating lower back pain, to increasing strength in big lifts (squat and bench press), to being able to get down on the floor and play with my young children more easily, I am ecstatic about the results I've seen in only three months.
