Lucy did the flowers for my Mother's funeral and they were absolutely stunning, she included spring flowers including daisies, daffodils, tulips and freeshias as my Mum loved springtime and yellow, the colour of sunshine and happiness. Thank you so much for everything, highly reccomended :

I had a bouquet of flowers in vase delivered to me as a surprise leaving gift from colleagues at work. The flowers and arrangement were just beautiful. Even my other half who does not usually comment on things like this said they were lovely. They have lasted really well too! I will definitely buy my flowers from serendipity in the future and would definitely recommend.

I've used Serendipity flowers many times for different occasions. The service is always fabulous all the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I just can't rate them highly enough.

I walked in and was in a bit of a hurry, after been given the run around elsewhere I was direct and to the point and sounded like a total b****, I apologised, and she took that graciously. The florist was great. Made our order better than we could have hoped for and can't thank them enough.

Fantastic customer service received from Lucy today.  I thought I was pushing it asking for same day delivery .  It was not a problem bearing in mind the location is slightly off track.  I even received a photograph prior to delivery.  Beautiful. Will use again, highly recommend.

Have used Serendipity twice now to send flowers to my step mother and the reports I have had back from her have been brilliant! My wife was delighted with the large bouquet of mixed flowers I bought for a special birthday. The staff were very helpful in helping me decide what flowers would be appropriate. Beautifully presented they have lasted two weeks and some still going strong.

Thank you for the amazing flowers for youngest daughter's wedding in September. And also for last minute flowers for work colleague. Wish I could have fresh flowers every week- do much better than supermarket specials
