Great for 5 years then they said they mailed a notice that I didn't get would not give proof when I asked. With everything available to them why take my grandmother's necklace it was only worth anything to me Don't leave it if it means anything to you at all you may never see it again and then they won't even help figure out what happened. That a great way to treat 5 year plus customers. There are better and more trusted pawn shops in Sacramento.

They loan the least amount money then any other pawn ship I've ever been to. I have a 100% rating with them. I've taken them brand new never open items ranging from $100 - $450 and they loan me $7 for a hundred dollar battery charger. $60 on $450 snap on multimeter brand new. Worst place to pawn. I just wanna get my stuff out so I never have to go back. Horrible customer service one guy tells me they don't resale items on eBay then 5 min later another guy takes $20 off what he offered me because of the fees ebay charges them , just a bunch of liars and trying to rip everyone off.
