Confirms the negative experience I usually have when contacting this predator bank.  Web site says "cafe" is open till 6.  I call and get recording saying it "may" be closed.  Then I call back and press 1.  "May I have your first and last name?"  I say "how late are you open."  Then a lecture about them being open 24/7.  Is this the cafe in Boston - Seaport?  No.  I am asked for zip code and then told they can not locate it ...  The usual experience, time and energy wasted.

This place is great and the employees are the more helpful people, #1 Customer services the manager, he always ready to help you if anything you need, the ATM take my check and he use all the way to contact the bank amd solved my problem quickly. In the time to wait he was offer me free coffee for the inconvenient. For employees like him I definitely come back no matter how long distance I have to drive. Thanks

The staff was extremely personable and helpful assisting me to resolve a security issue with my account.  Great place with wicked good coffee.  Plenty of places to be comfortable to hang out and relax both inside and outside.

Love the concept !!!!

A retail banking store on Seaport Blvd,  designed as a Starbucks with ATMs and conference booths. Great concept, awesome staff. They also have outdoor seating under umbrellas.
