Well, I just brought a valuable Mackey mixer and power amp into this location and while one (female) clerk attempted to be helpful it was immediately undercut by the guy I assume is the manager. He wore glasses was skinny and had really cool spiky hair. I called afterward to request the name of this gentlemen and was told that if I explained my concerns I would indeed get their names. After voicing my grievances I was informed that I would not be receiving the names. They won’t get my business again and they are basically scam artist. Surprised? Shouldn’t be. Thing is; they had decent reviews (prob written by employees ) so I trusted it would be a decent experience. I saw them disrespect client after client as I waited for my turn. I wasn’t there for drug money and they treated me like a baser. Anyways, save yourself the degrading experience.

Excellent company and staff overall. Don't let the negative reviews from people that didnt get the $100 they wanted for there $5 buck bike fool you. Did I mention excellent staff!

This is the best place if you need to pawn something. It also, has some pretty cool stuff in great condition...Lots of drills and lawn equipment, sound systems, Xbox consoles, flatscreens, big screems, monitors, phones, tablets, computers, jewelry, musical instruments. Staff is awesome. Very helpful and patient.
