I have purchased several pieces of jewelry from Elebash's over the years and have always been more than satisfied. Their selection is great and if they don't have what you're looking for, they'll get it in a couple days. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and their customer service is the best around. I've been in other jewelry stores in town that made me feel like they didn't have time for me, but everyone at Elebash' s has always been extremely helpful and made the difficult process of an important decision pretty easy.

I went to Elebash Jewelers for a watch battery.  Of course as I was leaving I looked at the diamond solitaire case when out of nowhere Stephanie appeared opened the case and asked if  I would like to see something. Stephanie is professional, knowledgeable and just happy to help me. I tried  on a few rings and fell in love with one. Uh oh. There was no pressure only help and information, Patrick handled the actual sale (I was trading in a diamond ring)   He got me set up with jewelry insurance  and an appraisal.  I believe I got a fair price an am confident in the quality. I will never use another jeweler!

I went to Elebash Jewelry Co to buy wedding rings. It was a bit overwhelming because of the large selection of rings, but Patrick (the owner) helped guide me through the selection process and I ended up with the perfect rings. The prices are great, all the staff is very friendly and professional, and my husband and I will will definitely go back for all of our jewelry needs. It is also very conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Pensacola.

Elebash Jewelry was the perfect choice as I prepared to ask my girlfriend (now wife) to marry me. She is a wedding photographer and wanted something custom and timeless. Armed with some sketches from my wife, Patrick and Mike designed an absolutely stunning custom engagement ring. The advised me and educated me throughout the entire process. My wife absolutely loved her engagement ring. So much so that she had to have Patrick and Mike custom design her wedding band as well. Probably the best testimony to Elebash's work is my wife's rings are constantly gushed over by brides getting ready to walk down the aisle of their own wedding.

Elebash Jewelry has been and will remain my go to for jewelry and gift purchases. A decade ago when I was shopping for "the ring" for my wife, I came in to the store knowing absolutely nothing about the products or process. Patrick Elebash and his team went above and beyond to educate me on what to look for and what is important. To this day my wife is getting compliments on her ring and bands. When it comes to lifetime purchases such as these, trust is a huge component of the process. I know walking in the doors at Elebash's that I am getting complete and accurate information and that I know I will be happy with my purchase and my experience.
