I have recently made a couple of purchases from Jewelers Trade Shop as gifts for my wife. I really have not had much experience with purchasing Jewelry until recently and frankly I was a little intimidated because of my lack of knowledge. Every time I have been into Jewelers Trade the staff has been very friendly, informative and patient in helping me. I would recommend them highly and appreciate the help they have given me with my purchases.

I couldn't be happier with my experience here!  Everyone is so friendly and helpful.  I have never felt pressured to purchase anything and love the quality of my pieces in my collection. Mary worked with me so patiently to put it together, and Paige has helped me as well with many things.  I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs advice on a quality piece of jewelry, ever needs something specific ordered, and an honest opinion!

This shop in downtown Pensacola is the standard bearer for others to follow. Outstanding customer service! Sarah and Mary treated me with the utmost professionalism and respect in addition to educating me on my first Rolex purchase. Yes there are lots opportunities online to buy a Rolex but you simply cannot get the personal service of a authorized dealer like Jewelers Trade Shop. Thank you.

My mother gave me her original wedding band that was broken, it is over 70 years old. I brought it to Jewelers Trade Shop and had it repaired and sized, they did a fabulous job. I have been back to purchase an anniversary ring, they have quality items and excellent service.

It was a nice service when we got there.  Erin was the one that helped us.  My husband and I spent weeks looking at their selections and researching and all that involves engagement rings.  She was very helpful but that's her job.  I was upset when I picked my engagement ring, she tried it on in front of me.  So she's the first woman to have worn my custom made wedding ring, that annoyed me very much.  I would usually give a good service and good product 4 stars but they lost 2 stars because after only owning my engagement ring for only 2 years and a titanium setting, the first and only time it fell off my hand and landed on ceramic tile, the diamond breaks off the ring.  It's a very sad day.  I am just so happy that my husband and I found the diamond.  The product they provided us for the $900 setting to attach the diamond was just flimsy work for it to just break off just like that.  Just horrible and a very sad day.
