Very friendly staff. Prompt acknowledgement of every customer from staff. Staff is also very familiar with all items and can normally answer questions. Awesome selection of jewelry, especially rings. Store is well put together for a pawn shop and clean. This pawn shop is one of many chains and offers option of items from across the United States via app. Instaloan. You can also pay and view your current pawns through this app.

I came here looking for school supplies this year a few times and it was nothing like it was the first few times I had visited this store. I would come here and instantly have a great experience at the door the staff greeted me as friendly as possible salvador and josh amazing, Alex and Tim so helpful there where a few more that where great too. I don't know if it's due to the two jerks as managers who talk down to the people they are helping and to the staff in front of everyone but 90 percent of the current staff are new, untrained or just rude not only did the staff change but so did the policy's and tone of the store. each time I have came in recently I have not been greeted my questions were not answered. At one time I would have gave this store a 5 but it gets a 2 at most.

I've done business with this location on three different occasions.  Each of those times, the staff members helping me were great.  My third (and final) visit was different.  The staff person helping me was great.  His immediate supervisors, though, were not.  While the staff person researched my items to come up with a fair price, his bosses overrode him, and told us they didn't want my merchandise.  In so doing, they devalued the staff person, devalued me, and devalued my items.  That's not acceptable.  I took my complaints to the owner, and he took immediate corrective action.  So, high marks for the staff, and high marks for the owner.  I haven't been back in there, so I don't know if the atmosphere has improved or not.  Store management needs to do better in handling their customers and in supporting their staff in their work.  I hope this is happening.
