Integrity is a good name for this place.  Let me share a short story with you.  I bought some gold here that turned out to be fake...the packaging was amazing and there was no reason to believe it was fake gold by either Integrity or myself.  Well when I went to sell it at APMEX guess what..they did their magic and found it was fake.  Most pawn shops would look at you and be like sorry....buyer beware not my problem.   Well the boss man here man good with this and we are splitting the loss.  I can't blame anyone here because we both got fooled.  However I am impressed that Integrity didn't leave my high and dry on nearly a $4,000 loss.  Will I buy from them again absolutely yes, but I'm sure we will both be more careful next time with our gold purchases.  Props to Troy and his crew....it's not the mistakes that matter...it's how you handle them once it happens and they did so with full "Integrity"

I layed away a gold ring that cost $300 and put $140 down. Months had passed and i was sick. I forgot about it. Apparently they sold the ring claiming they did not have to call me to warn me. Their reasoning was that they took it off the shelf and it could not be sold because it was put away for me. Not only did they sell the ring, they kept my $140.

Decent selection and prices. Go to their store in north Topeka, staff is much more friendly and helpful there.
