They are a young couple, both immigrants from Turkey (Metin) and Poland (Barbara). He's the chef and she's the accountant, but they both run the show. With his knife skills and creativity, and her head for business, and their mutual passion for food, this dynamic duo decided to open Cappadocia Restaurant in the beautiful town of Little Falls in New Jersey.
