Good value, decent taste for the price. All the ramen except for the sea FCC old are only $8.75 each. The sesame pork and garlic pork are a little bit too dry but OK. The tonkatsu pork is pretty good. The Unagi Don is only $8.95 and there is a lot of eel. The place is small only 2 tables for 4 though but not crowded at all for Saturday lunch.
Cute little restaurant, staff was friendly and professional, prices and portions were fair, food was delicious! I had spicy edamame, dumplings and sushi as an appetizer, and the seafood ramen as a main dish. I had to take half of the ramen home because the pieces of sushi were pretty big and filled me up right away. The spicy edamame is pretty spicy so make sure to have a backup Ramune soda to wash it down.
Food was delicious. We had Bento boxes and rice bowls. Everyone was happy with their meals and there were eight of is. We also celebrated my nieces Birtfhday there and the owner Wendy made excellent desserts as well. Would highly recommend it.
Excellent customer service from friendly staff. The sushi was tasty, and my order was ready for pickup at the time stated. There is parking available in the rear.
My new place to eat Japanese.. the best Japanese food yet. Poke bowls, ramen, sushi, homemade dessert. Is a family business, the food taste awesome, i cant get tired of it. And you get a stamp for each visit, so when you get all the stamps you get a free ramen. Im inlove with this place.
This is a very cute little place. I came for the pokebowls. The ingredients tasted really fresh, and the sushi rice was exceptionally tasty. I'd come here again. Good option for sushi when not in the mood for all you can eat at sushi village up the road. I want to try their fried rice next!
Amazing find! We were just looking for some Japanese food and stumbled upon this cozy little place. We had fried fish curry rice, seafood ramen, a couple of rolls of sushi and a poke ball. All were really good. Oh and the tempura appetizer was excellent. Must try.
Very acceptable Japanese Food, Very competitive prices despite having little competition, Ramen is 7/10 Quality, and Customer Service is 10/10 Friendly. Is not a fast food place so be patient. I suggest the Spicy Miso Ramen paired with Tuna Rolls, Pork Katsu Curry, and Hot Tea.
What a great place! Family owned, casual, small restaurant with a vast menu and SUPER affordably priced. The service was so friendly I felt like I was with family. The shrimp shu-mai, shrimp udon, and shrimp pan-fried ramen we're shrimp fans were all absolutely delicious. My husband and I paused to shake our heads "yes" at first bite. Go get it!
I stumbled onto this place while looking for Japanese food near me and I absolutely loved it. The ramen IMHO is better than montclair ani ramen. Not mitsuwa level but its way closer than driving down to edgewater. The porkbowls pokebowls feel like healthy home cooked meals. While the rice is heavy on the carbs, the meal itself isn’t a greasy bowl, so I really enjoy the fact this has a healthy look and taste to it. Lastly their take out containers are great and dependable, they’re not just flimsy pieces of plastic you might get from your regular Chinese food place. And I love their chop sticks too, you can tell they took the time to really customize the packaging for their food, the effort is appreciated. At the very least I can see myself stopping by once a month. PS: They also include the salad and soup unlike some places that don’t provide it when you do take out. You get your $'s werf
