I would not give Capps even 1 star but I had to so I could leave a review. Twice I have tried to get my hair cut here and twice I've signed onto the list and been left sitting while "stylists" came out and took customers they knew ahead of me. Friday March 9th was the last time I tried. I came in about 17:05, there were two people waiting plus the folks that were getting their hair cut.I was handed the list which I signed and sat down, a few more people came in while I was waiting and were greeted by name. The two people that were there before me were called back then the "stylist" came out and walked up to the father and son that had come in after me and said "are you here for a hair cut?" And took them back. Two more men came in and we're taken before me, the young girl at the counter kept looking over at me trying to avoid eye contact. I was furious and simply got up and left. The sir vice here is terrible unless, obviously, you know someone. I will not be back and cannot voice my contemporary for this business strongly enough.

This place was recommended by a friend, who’s hair cut always looks sharp.  My usual barber is down in Fayetteville, but I was in the area and needed a trim.  Called to see if they accepted walk-ins, they do.  Spoke with Monica, she was very helpful!  She confirmed their location and put my name on the list.  Was styled by Hannah who cut my hair perfectly!  Nice fade 0-to finger length on the sides.  Not sure what package I got, but the post cut hot towel, neck, arm, and back rub hit the spot!  From waiting room to out the door was less than an hour.  Price was on par for a spot on hair cut.  Thanks CappyCapp!

Ray is The best !! I don't even tell him how to cut I Walk in,tell him I need a hair cut and let him work! Trims up the beard, Ray Ray can fade! He's got skills!

Terrible service.  I signed in and indicated that I would take any barber that was next available.  I was told it would be a 30 minute wait.  After 30 minutes I was told it would be another 10 minutes.  45 minutes later, I was still waiting while one of the hairdressers was standing around without a client.  When somebody else came in and she took that client, then I left.  I will never go back.
