For such a low price the quality is outstanding. I've never had a complaint or a problem in the 5+ years I've been going here. All the staff are very skilled at what they do. It's geared towards men, keep that in mind.

Fantastic customer service at this location (and in Rogers as well). Laura puts customers first and provided not only the exact haircut I requested, but also friendly and informative conversation. They don't push for extra product sales at all and pretty much just let you come in and customize your haircut the way you want it. The waiting lobby is large, with plenty of seats. The check-in desk is user-friendly and works really well. I would definitely recommend this location to others!

Just got a great haircut.  My stylist Heaven did a good job; super friendly.  Really enjoyed the shampoo and hot towel experience.  Keep up the good work.  Definitely be back.

This place is horriable. Tried to show Kristie 6 times how my grandson wanted his hair. With like 4 pictures.  A trim layered and trimmed around his face. You would of thought that would of been easy. A simple trim turned into 4 inches off. Looked like a bowl cut. She didn’t even try to even do what we asked. This girl didn’t even act like she even cut hair before. And then she asked for help from a brown hair girl. She didn’t care about what the girl had done. And chopped more on his hair. Im just sick. I almost cried for my grandson. Please don’t act like u done me a favor not charging me for something like this. Please NO ONE don’t go to Kristi. I should of listen my daughter by not going here at all.  U deserve NO stars!   Such a horriable place. 😥
