What a great experience we had working with Martin and the rest of the team! Going through a loan process may be taxing however we never felt the stress some have gone through. Martin was always available for questions. We didn't need to stress over missing any paperwork since Martin made it his priority to remain organized and on top of things. Not once did we need to call on him. Martin made it his objective for us to close on time and more. He also went above and beyond when we placed an offer on a home! I have had multiple transactions with Brian Farwell. He is extremely knowledgeable and diligent, preparing everyone for a smooth transaction each step of the way.
