Specifically asked Christine prior to completing application for home, that I wasn't interestrd if home fueled by oil. She told me the house wasn't on oil. I paid application fee, met her at the home for viewing and then she states house is on oil. Completely misled just long enough to collect an application fee and total waste of my time. Know your properties, or don't rent them.

I NEVER RENTED A HOME BEFORE BUT THIS COMPANY MADE MY EXPERIENCE THE BEST. JESSICA WHICH I THINK IS THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS SUCH A SWEET AND DOWN TO EARTH PERSON SHE WILL NOT LEAD YOU ASTRAY AND SHE WILL BE VERY UP FRONT WITH YOU ABOUT ANY AND EVERYTHING. TO BE HONEST EVERYONE AT THAT OFFICE IS AWESOME AND SUPER GREAT I WISH THE PERSON I WAS RENTING FROM DID NOT SWITCH COMPANIES BECAUSE I SUPER ADORE THESE PEOPLE PLEASE KNOW YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS IF YOU GO WITH THIS REALTOR COMPANY.

We are a small HOA in Clemmons, and Capstone has been our management company for one year. As the HOA president, I have been very pleased with the job Capstone and in particular Derek May, our property manager, has done for us. Capstone has been extremely responsive in all communications, never taking more than 24 hours to respond. They have shown great courtesy to everyone in the community--Board members and residents alike. They have been timely and accurate with monthly financial statements and budgets. They have been very helpful in addressing some engineering and legal matters our HOA faced. Derek is a down-to-earth, trustworthy guy--nothing pretentious about him. If he doesn't know something, he will tell you, but then will do his best to find out an answer. But he knows an awful lot about HOAs, and we have great faith in his judgment and expertise. I would highly recommend Capstone Realty Consultants to any HOA looking for a property manager.
