We have used The Ginther Group to sell 2 houses and buy one. One of our homes sold after just one day on the market above list price! We used Candler Cox to buy our new forever home, and I can’t imagine using anyone else! She has been the most helpful, sincere, knowledgeable, and encouraging agent we’ve ever dealt with. She has guided us through the entire process, reassuring us all the way. We have never doubted that she is working to get us the best possible deal on our home & striving to save us money and stress. She has gone above and beyond her call of duty in so many ways and quite simply, I don’t know how we would have done this without her! Her assistant/Transaction Coordinator, Lili Gerrard has also been very friendly & efficient. There simply aren’t enough stars for Candler! If you are looking to buy a home, you absolutely NEED Candler in your corner!

My wife and I worked with Anthony Thomas. We had no complaint. He was always responsive, he always accommodated our schedule and was very knowledgeable and as first time homebuyers that was the most important aspect. We weren’t rushed and he made us feel at ease. I’d highly recommend.

Anthony Thomas has been AMAZING in helping us find our new home. He is quick to respond to messages and never has a problem showing us a property. He's explained every step of the way and made sure we understand what's going on.

I would recommend The Ginther Group to anyone thinking about buying or selling.  The agents are knowledgeable and customer service oriented.  The best real estate transaction I have experienced.  Highly Recommend!

As a first time homebuyer, my husband and I are extremely knowledgeable about the process all because of Candler Cox. She is one amazing agent and she is a realist, which is the best trait that we love about her. We can count on Candler to have our best interest at heart and not finesse us into purchasing a property quickly. The Ginther Group is doing a great job in hiring highly qualified professionals. As we're in the last stage of closing on our home, we wouldn't have completed this process without Candler without a doubt. All I have to say is my agent is better than yours! Ahahaha:-)
