Ok I was the first customer that day, and I was so surprised to see how dirty the place was. I told the lady that I was dining in, and she still brought my meal out to me in a box. I felt like a pig eatting in a trough. The food was so greasey, and it seems they cook everything in the same oil because it all had the same taste. At 1030 AM the floors, the tables, and the very nasty bathrooms should not be that dirty. "BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!!!!!"

This is a very nice restaurant who loves to eat fish or seafood.

I did grab n go at the drive thru.   Cannot speak to the atmosphere.  I am always cheerfully greeted and my food is always hot and tasty. I have never had bad service here. The photo was directly across from the drive thruFood: 5/5

The employees were so very polite and kind. The food was very good and fresh. However, the drive through took much too long. I will go again.

I really wish that of you serve fast food. Your nails are not 1 inch and a 1/2 long. The wait time was way to long. They were out of ketchup too.

I ate there around the first of August, it wasn't as good as it usually is, they have changed their Cole slaw I use to love it not so much it just doesn't have the taste as the other slaw did

Was traveling through town. Never been to a captain d's Food was good. The staff working at the time really tried taking care of their customers.Food: 5/5

I enjoy getting take out meals occasionally at the drive though on Robert C. Byrd Dr. in Beckley. My favorite is the 4pc chicken tenders meal with fries and cole slaw. The food is great and the workers are friendly, fast and organized. I don't eat fish but I love their crispy, non greasy chicken. The prices are reasonable and I usually have coupons. Nice, sturdy carry out containers.

Food was good. Person at drive-thru seemed stoned, he got my order wrong and was having difficulty doing anything right. Took 25 mins in line and I was second in line. Still 4 stars because food was good last 3 times here.
