Clean environment including bathroom.  The food was standard KFC but the service is what put over the top. A gentleman in is late 30ds early 40ds was fun and pleasant to order from. Was polite but playful. The banter was enough to make you want to visit again. He treated all his customers to a smile and the same type of conversation.

Treated respectfully. Order received quickly although it wasn't exactly as listed, I didn't have the energy to complain so that is on me. Restaurant kept clean, friendly clientele. Good place to stop.Food: 5/5

I had put in an order for pickup online. I have not been there in years. I asked at the drive thru if I pulled around, I picked it up through the window, and I was asked if I was handicapped. I said no, and he said we require that you walk inside then. I drove back around front and walked in. There was one lady inside eating and three people working. They directed me to a box on the counter and asked me to get my food out of there. I looked in, and half of my order was missing. It was corrected, but the girl acted like it put her out. The manager was friendly and trying to explain what went wrong with the order.

I do delivery for UberEATS and I came in one evening, I had watched how the manager treated this poor and hungry Negroe man and I thought the manager was the kindest man alive!  Please guys, don't be too critical, I had seen how management operates at this establishment and this manager is first class, all the way!

I  went through the drive-thru and bought the 16 piece family bucket, I was not impressed. The chicken was barely wrm. My bucket had 8 wings should have been 4 not as many thighs and legs as should have been.  The 8 biscuits were too hard to eat. The slaw was full of liquid instead of actual slaw. IF I go back,I will go inside and inspect before leaving.

Drive through staff were extremely friendly. The chicken sandwich had a large juicy breast. Unfortunately, the seasoning was extremely salty. Apparently, the secret recipe has changed.

Popped in for a quick meal with my family. $20 Fill Up with set up, dined inside. The Three of us left, satisfied and full, with leftovers.

The man at the counter was incredible! Rarely do you see such high professional customer service displayed in our society today!

Everybody likes this   KFC People come from all over Greenbrier County to come for This KFC. It's Aewsome Food: 4/5

Great food, and amazing customer service, very satisfying experience if you're talking about the KFC in Beaver not the one in Beckley
