I used to come here when I was little, a shame it’s not like it used to be. Food was obviously left out for awhile. The chicken was questionable. The sushi was old and dried. The baked crab meat was cold in the middle. Fruit flies and gnats were everywhere. The best part of the meal was the drinks. We were the only people there too. 3 stars because service was great but food not so much.. 50$ for 4 people.
3 or 4 time eating at Maryland. Food is always hot, taste good. My son will try different foods from here. They normally give me a empty to go cup. Take on the way. Bathrooms are normally clean when I go in. This is a good place to eat for family outing. If you just want to go yourself and eat.Food: 5/5
Decent food, not a good selection, friendly service. Priced right. This satisfied my want for Asian buffet but I'd drive a little further for better.Food: 3/5
This place is not very clean. The food on the buffet was way past time to change it out. It was at least 90 degrees in there. Very hard to enjoy a meal when it's that hot and the food is old and dried out. This place needs some serious help. Possibly the worst restaurant I've ever eaten at especially for the price.
Used to be a great place. Now not so much. I called in an order because their bar is always old looking food. I go to pick it up and the lady and guy who work there were extremely rude. I get my food and leave. They clearly took food off bar and put in our order. It was really dried out. Un eatable!!! Terrible service Terrible food. I will never eat there again. My dog would not even eat the food that I ordered. Do not recommend at all. Plus I added a to go wanton soup they wouldn't let me get my own off the bar which I always do. The guy put 3 wanton in there and tells me I can't have any more that I already have to much. Worst Chinese in town.
Used to call in take out lunch orders several times a week. This time, everything was old. You could tell that the egg rolls had been saved from the night before and re-fried... they were burnt almost black and just DRIPPING in grease. We always order a bag of fried cheese wontons. These were sour and bitter tasting. The Cashew Chicken was NOT the cashew chicken they used to serve. It's like they took the garlic and mushroom chicken off of the bar and threw cashews on it. It was inedible. I spent $20 for cashew chicken, fried rice, a twice fried egg roll, and sour fried cheese wontons. I was so disappointed. Definitely not the food I used to get from there.
Got the buffet..not usually my choice...but wanted something quick..great selection...I think their food is great..wasn't busy, so I didn't feel stuff was picked over...great desserts and fresh fruit offered
Absolutely disgusting. Stopped by here because we were craving some Chinese food while in Beckley. First off, their egg rolls had thus red stuff in them that wasn’t normal and they definitely weren’t fresh. They used what tasted like old bbq sauce on their general tso’s. And the little Debbie snack cakes they put out for desert were at least 3 months old. I’m shocked the health department hasn’t shut this dump down. Even more shocked people actually go there.
I love Chinese, and when we walked in and was told it was carry out only, I was not impressed with this. They really need to open the doors back up and let the people come in to enjoy the food.Food: 1/5
Absolute WORST chinese place ever and VERY expensive if you want to fill a container and pay to go. I paid $12 for literally 3 egg rolls and a little bit if rice and noodles. I didn't even get any meat or anything else because it all looked so nasty and gross.....do not do not eat here! I have lived all over and this is by far the worst and most expensive place I've ever bought Chinese food. So disappointing. Was really craving some good Chinese
