The food was good but the dining area was filthy.  The disgruntled employees quickly informed us that other workers did not show up for work that day.  The problem I have is that no one was in line when I entered the store and they were all just standing around.  It wasn't until myself and another customer informed them that the dining area needed cleaning, that any one tended to it.  At least half of the tables were dirty and there was tartar sauce smeared on the floor that never did get cleaned up.  The lady that did come clean the tables after being asked, wiped the tables and stepped over the tartar sauce and other trash on the floor.  Management and customer service was sorely lacking at this Captain D's.

This place is awesome if the right people if not it's horrible.  The heavier female with glasses is pleasent but slow and non attentive, ever.  There is a manager that sometimes cooks in back when she is there that place and crew are on point 100%

Service was extremely slow and the employee who had taken our order was very rude. After waiting in the drive thru line for close to 15 minutes we finally had a chance to pay and were hoping to get our food. Well we paid and waited again for an additional 10 minutes before I pulled into the parking lot to go inside and figure out the problem. I had to get the cashiers attention even after two other families had just entered the restaurant. I asked why it was taking so long and she rudely answered that she's the only one there and that she has other customers to take care of. She then finally says we had to wait on more hush puppies. I then asked why she couldn't give me the courtesy of atleast telling us in the drive thru but once again given another excuse of her being the only one there. A gentlemen who happened to be up at the counter waiting for his food told me at least two other couples before him had walked out because it had taken so long. When he pointed out that his food was up in the heat lamp drying out they then decided to get it for him and tried to offer a free dessert to fix the problem.

The fish was very greasy. Broccoli was microwaved to death, soggy with no seasoning. Okra was good. The employees were very nice but the food I had wasn't good or hot enough.
