Went here last night 09/16/2017 with one of my pageant queens, and my expectations were most definitely exceeded. It was obviously busy and our server Rebeka made every effort to make sure we had everything we needed. Our drinks never went empty, she gave us her full attention when she asked if we needed anything. She is the reason I am coming back. Yes of course the food we great but I have never had service quite like I received from her. Thank you Rebeka for making our last minute decision to go out a well worth it trip that will lead to many more!!!

Ate lunch in Ellijay today. Salad bar was great and everything was fresh and plentiful. My daughter ordered Bourbon Chicken and I ordered a burger medium. Burger came out black and hard looked like a piece of charcoal and my daughters cheese on the chicken was hard and over cooked. Manager came over and made a joke about how he saw how bad the burger was cooked as he approached. He offered us a dessert which we turned down and that was that. We watched and he took the burger back to the garbage and never went and spoke to the cook. Quite frankly IF we ever go back it will only be for salad bar. For the prices they charge I will go across the street and eat a steak at Long Horn.

Better Ruby Tuesday than most.  Usually well staffed.  A couple of criticisms: Sometimes to cook on their meat is overdone.  And every so often the to-go orders will be wrong.  Other than that, it's fine.  Clean place.  Service is good.  Food is overall very good.  Salad Bar is one of the best I've seen.

The garden bar wasn't prepared for the mid-afternoon crowd but was promptly restocked with fresh food within 5 minutes of speaking to the manager. 🖒🖒 Service, by Lacey, was excellent, cheerful, attentive. 5 stars for Lacey.

Food was great, salad bar was fresh. Service was also quite good. Restrooms needed some attention when we were there. Definitely on our repeat list.
