I've been in sales over 14 years and this salesman should be fired on the spot. I called him in reference to a ad on Craigslist (come to find out it was a dealership posting in the non-dealer listings) to see if the boat was available and if the bottom line price is what is advertised online. I was told that he doesn't negotiate over the phone, which is fine, but that's not what I asked. I simply wanted to know if it's available, is there room to negotiate, and what fees are added to the price. The reason for this is so I could know how much to get a certified check for to bring with me so I can take delivery on the spot. Instead, the very rude salesman was more inclined to be confrontational, talk over you, and didn't bother to listen to what I was saying. If he did, he would have had a sale. The old school sales techniques are a thing of the past and if you don't evolve to the internet and online sales process, you will lose out on A LOT of business. Perhaps it could be why he was so bitter. Take your business elsewhere, it's not worth the headache.

Bought a great boat from them! Very nice, knowledgeable and responsive team. It's a father & son business, the dad has been in the business for over 40 years and knows his stuff. We highly recommend, and you really cannot beat the prices! I love my boat! Thanks

These guys can't fix crap! They tell you they will call in a week and it ends up taking a month and a half, then the problem is either not fixed or they create another problem. Don't waste your money! This guy charged me $175.00 and lost parts to my carburetor, then got rude when I took it back to him and told me to take my boat somewhere else. Well I did captain Ken and they informed me of how crappy of a job you did. See you in court!

Great place to take your boat to be repaired or to buy one. They get the work done in a timely manner and right. To top it off they have great customer service.

Called this Wed. to see if I could buy just a used boat he had listed for $995.00 on ''Craigslist'' which included the boat, motor (low compression) and trailer. He agreed to separate the three items and sell just the boat for $600.00. I told him ok and that I'd be there Thursday, March 23,2017. Sadly Wed. evening I fell at home and injured my back so I was unable to go to Green Cove. Today Friday I feel better so I called the so called ''Captain Ken.'' I told him what had happened to me Wed. and told him I would be there today. I also asked him if he would take less than $600.00 (or was this is lowest price) and he came unglued. He said ''he didn't want to deal with me and that I had told him I'd be there yesterday and didn't show up. Said I already told him I'd pay $600.00 for the boat and now changed my mine. I told him I was trying (like most anyone) to get the boat for less because the price afterall wasn't set in stone.'' Strangely, he said'' in our conversation ''if I had come to see the boat in person and offered a lower price he might have considered it and he then said I only called on the phone trying to get the price lowered.'' To me what's the difference if I asked for a lower price on the phone or in person? Anyhow he said ''he was tired of customers saying one thing and doing another. He is a VERY defensive person and appears to me to be stressed out! Should never ever deal with the public. No matter how much I tried to explain what happened he just ridiculed me!'' I politely told him ''he could stick the boat in his ass'' and hung up on him.
