I only ever take my cars here. They are wonderful and sweet, and make sure that your car is in tip top shape! They even make sure that the cars that you are thinking about buying are perfect for your needs. They're honest and always helpful. I highly suggest this place!

They are the best! We had wheel issues on Memorial Day weekend. We tried to take the van to Gateway, but they were unpleasant and couldn't help us. We called around and Care Care Clinic could see us. They found our problem and fixed it without trying to take advantage of us. He communicated with us at every step. Shout out to Bret. So awesome!

Went in to get a 28 point inspection and when I left I realized they had left the engine cover off. When I went back to get the engine cover they said they never took it off and that they didn't make an engine cover for my car. When I explained they did and then showed them pictures they said they couldn't help me.

I came in to change oil on one of my work small hatchback cars that took 4.5 quarts of oil and it costed $65-68. That's not even primary issue. The guys took forever to acknowledge me. I didn't know where the entrance was neither was I derected by anything or anyone to it. Also the guys threw keys across the air and dropped them on the ground, that showed minimal care for personal property of clients. Then when I finally got out into a waiting area, the guy came in and said "I need your keys" and he has already gotten them from me, so I stated just that. And he says "what did I do with it?" I was like "umm, I don't know". Everyone chuckled. Expensive, careless, and terrible service. Stay clear of this place.
